Return & Exchange Policy

MYBABYSKIN will replace all products that are defective or damaged on arrival at no cost to the customer. We will replace products that are defective within 1 year of the purchase date.

We take all the risk out of ordering by offering an unmatched satisfaction guarantee. We'll always do our best to take care of you.

  

Replacements

Our replacement policy lasts 1 year. You will be required to ship or bring the defective unit back to MYBABYSKIN service center. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The replacement policy for each product expires after one replacement.

 

Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. 

If you intend to refund the item, please do not participate in our cashback program. The cashback program is only available to customers once they have used the device for more than 30 days.

Order cancellations

Order cancellations can only be made if your order has not been sent for processing. In most cases, your request for canceling an order will be approved if it is within 12 hours of the order being placed.
